30-Days Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date on the receipt or proof of purchase to request a return. Please note that the customer needs to arrange and pay for the return shipping cost

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an "as new" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn or unused, unmodified in any way, and in its original packaging.  We will not be able to exchange or refund any items that have been returned with strong smells such as perfume/cologne, detergent and / or cigarette smoke. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. 

How To Arrange A Return / Exchange?

To start a return, you can contact us at crazy(at)bowtiebleau.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bowtie Bleau, Goethestrasse 7, 41352, Korschenbroich, Germany. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches the above address. Therefore, we recommend that you send your item back to use using a delivery service that insures your for the value of the goods.

I Received An Incorrect Or Damaged Item!

Please accept our apologies. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via the email listed above OR the contact form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When getting in touch, please provide details of the damage/fault and where possible attach images to your message. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Will You Refund My Postage Cost To Return An Item?

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

  • If we sent you the wrong item
  • If the item is damaged or faulty 

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
