The package features a silver bow tie with accompanying silver part strap in adult size and comes already assembled as shown in the images. The parts have been painted beforehand to get that chrome silver finish and has a metallic aspect when touched. 

The straps and threads used are 100% cotton. The bow tie hardware is metal. The bow tie is made from brand new LEGO® parts. 

Except for the parts that slide onto the strap, none of the other parts are glued so that you can get creative and design your own bow ties.
